Este curso ofrece una comprensi\u00f3n enfocada y pr\u00e1ctica de c\u00f3mo funciona la gobernanza de la IA bajo el Reglamento de IA de la UE (EU AI Act).
\nCubre toda la arquitectura regulatoria \u2014a nivel de la Uni\u00f3n y de los Estados Miembro\u2014 incluyendo el papel de los principales organismos de supervisi\u00f3n y los procedimientos de evaluaci\u00f3n de conformidad.
\nLos participantes aprender\u00e1n a garantizar que los sistemas de IA cumplan con los requisitos legales y \u00e9ticos, a implementar controles de riesgos y cumplimiento, y a responder ante acciones de ejecuci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se explora c\u00f3mo aplicar c\u00f3digos de conducta voluntarios e integrar la ciberseguridad en la gobernanza de los sistemas de IA para reducir la responsabilidad y generar confianza.<\/p>\n
