It covers the full regulatory architecture—at both EU and Member State levels—including the roles of key oversight bodies and the procedures for conformity assessments. Participants will learn how to ensure AI systems meet legal and ethical requirements, implement risk and compliance controls, and respond to enforcement actions. The course also explores how to apply voluntary codes of conduct and integrate cybersecurity into AI system governance to minimise liability and build trust.
